“Where there’s a will, there’s a way” is one of Cat’s favourite inspirational quotes, and a personal mantra that she brings to her approach to patients. 

Cat’s patients appreciate the time she spends with them – listening to their needs and what is most important to them. She explains information in a simple and empathetic way that makes it easy to understand.  

Cat’s combination of strong clinical experience, and knowledge of the latest research, supports her down-to-earth approach. She holds advanced qualifications in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, as well as a Certificate IV in Pilates. 

Supporting women and mothers along their health journey is Cat’s passion.  She uses her substantial experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecological practice, as well as her experience in treating hospital inpatients in maternity and gynaecology wards, to provide essential physiotherapy support to women and mothers.  She has also led ante-natal and post-natal classes. She loves helping women and their families to gain a firm understanding of, and improve their confidence in, the management of their health.
