• Formal qualifications; many with post graduate qualifications
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Current Physiotherapy Registration
• Current Certificate of competency in CPR

 In addition all team members:

• Have completed essential clinical competencies
• Are supported with annual performance reviews and ongoing mentoring
• Are involved in ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Are subject to a confidentiality agreement
• Are subject to the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s Code of Conduct
